If you are over 40, strength training should be a part of your exercise regimen. If you don’t exercise regularly then you should at least incorporate some form of weight training in your life. Otherwise the consequences could be dire. Moving less and less as we get older makes it more difficult for us to carry out our daily life needs or activities.
